Welcome to Tails & Tales, where our love for books, dogs, and community comes to life in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg, VA. We’re a husband-and-wife team, blending our passions and expertise to create a unique gathering place for book lovers, coffee enthusiasts, and dog owners alike.

Growing up with family ties in Virginia, and recently planting our roots in Fredericksburg, we instantly fell in love with the charm and vibrancy of this historic town. Our family-owned and run business includes, Christine (the book-loving doctor), Hunter (the coffee-fueled teacher), and our two pups Buster and Ruth.

Our mission is simple: to provide a welcoming space, to Read, Sip, Wag, Repeat, where every member of your family feels at home.
